Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead key initiatives to enhance product offerings and support company growth
• Develop innovative end-to-end solutions using front-end and back-end technologies
• Optimize existing products and create new solutions for customers
• Evaluate business and technical trade-offs to determine the best path forward
• Act as a leader and mentor to team members
• Drive key technology decisions and deploy well-designed, tested solutions
• Transform workflows by integrating AI into systems and processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role
• Proven track record of building high-quality products and systems
• Strong experience in end-to-end software development
• Experience leading projects and being accountable for outcomes
• Experience mentoring team members and driving learning initiatives
• Experience conducting code reviews and running testing cycles
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
• Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills with Python and related technologies
• Skills with React and related technologies
• Experience developing digital marketing or customer data software solutions
• Experience with machine learning
• Experience building cloud-native solutions, ideally with AWS
