Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tooling that support engineering workflows
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal tools from problem definition to deployment
• Build intuitive user interfaces and workflows for technical users
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations for dashboards and AI-enabled workflows
• Partner with engineers to translate requirements into practical internal products
• Define best practices for architecture, testing, and code quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong front-end experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Experience with backend systems using Python, Node.js, or Go
• Strong fundamentals in system design, testing, and debugging
• Familiarity with Linux environments and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to work in high-ambiguity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools for engineering teams (dashboards, automation)
• Experience in the Aerospace industry
• Experience integrating AI-enabled capabilities into software products
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Prior experience in a startup environment
