Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure Restful APIs using NodeJS and TypeScript
• Utilize GraphQL to create robust and efficient API architectures
• Design and implement efficient database schemas, data models, and optimize query performance
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement task and message queues using Kafka, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Manage security and authentication through SSO, JWT, or OAuth protocols
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 5 years of coding experience in NodeJS, JavaScript, and Databases
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Proven experience with GraphQL and Restful APIs
• Strong knowledge of containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with message queues such as Kafka, AWS, or Azure
• Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring distributed services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Banking, Financial, or Fintech industries
• Background working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Deep expertise in the Kafka ecosystem
