Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Company

Improbable is a Venture Builder working with leaders to create businesses in AI transformation, the metaverse, and web3. We both create businesses from scratch and invest in existing businesses, providing central services to help ventures achieve success through early-stage prototyping and product development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade products end-to-end, from back-end to UI, across consumer apps, developer technologies, and internal platform tooling.
• Build high-performance back-ends and services.
• Create developer technologies including SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries, and starter kits.
• Build internal tooling and platform infrastructure to increase team velocity.
• Work self-directed to identify ecosystem gaps and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with DevRel, Marketing, and BD to ensure products align with go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript expertise across the full stack
• Experience with Golang
• Ability to build high-quality, production-ready frontends
• Strong back-end engineering skills including APIs, services, and data layers
• Genuine interest in crypto and on-chain products
• Strong ownership and ability to work self-directedly
• Ability to prototype rapidly and then harden code for reliability and testing
