Senior Full Stack Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and multi-quarter roadmaps for major product areas
• Partner with product management and design to translate business goals into technical execution
• Champion a culture of experimentation and smart technical risk-taking
• Translate customer signals and research into technical innovation
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex production issues
• Model effective agentic AI workflows for software development

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping web products (frontend and backend)
• Proven track record of leading high-impact, multi-team technical initiatives
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, system design, and scalability
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and software engineering practices
• Experience mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards
• Hands-on experience using AI agents for production delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases
• Knowledge of or curiosity about Wizards brands like Magic: The Gathering
