Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and refine ML workflows for OCR and Speech-to-Text, focusing on spatial accuracy and coordinate mapping.
• Build engines to synchronize multi-format assets, such as aligning audio narrations with document text.
• Lead the development of the Angular content workbench, managing complex state and interactive UI elements.
• Optimize PHP 8.1 APIs to handle high-volume file transfers and background processing for large media assets.
• Develop automated ingestion tools for complex document formats including ePUB, PDF, and XML.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks to reduce manual intervention through algorithmic processing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Angular (14+) and PHP (8.x).
• Proven experience integrating ML-driven services for OCR (e.g., Google Vision, Tesseract) and Audio Transcription.
• Strong Python 3 background for media manipulation and subprocess orchestration.
• Expert-level knowledge of FFmpeg and ImageMagick.
• Mastery of RxJS and reactive programming patterns such as NgRx.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital publishing standards like ePUB or ONIX.
• Knowledge of Canvas-based coordinate systems for interactive media elements.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments using Docker or Kubernetes.
