Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed applications
• Contribute to frontend development, integrations, and full-stack features
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and system design
• Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality and security
• Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and release management
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and encourage knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Strong backend development skills in Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments
• Proficiency in SQL optimization and database performance tuning
• Experience with high-volume/Big Data processing systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot
