Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within your team to build new features for high-impact enterprise customers
• Contribute to platform scaling initiatives and monolith-to-services modernization
• Meet regularly with Product and Design to fine-tune requirements
• Participate in agile ceremonies and improve engineering practices across squads
• Review implementation plans and pull requests from peers
• Mentor and coach other team members
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical production issues

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Strong full-stack engineering skills to design, build, and ship production changes
• Experience building and maintaining Node.js services with distributed APIs or LLMs
• Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and microservices
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end from discovery to maintenance
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants like Copilot or Cursor
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
