Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack growth experiments end-to-end
• Improve key metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and analysts
• Analyze experiment results and iterate quickly based on data
• Contribute to the experimentation platform and growth infrastructure
• Make thoughtful engineering tradeoffs in pursuit of impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software experience
• Experience working on user growth or monetization
• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering skills
• Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end
• Data-driven approach to problem solving
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling growth systems or experimentation platforms
• Ability to quickly dive into data to uncover opportunities
• Ownership from hypothesis formulation through post-launch analysis
