Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality features across the entire stack (React/TypeScript frontend, Java/Spring Boot backend, and Python for AI/ML services)
• Collaborate closely with the CTO on key architectural decisions
• Contribute to and improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with product and design stakeholders to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Champion software quality through comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E)
• Write clear, maintainable documentation for code, architecture, and processes
• Contribute to product and UX thinking to shape what gets built

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade, full-stack web applications
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining LLM-based agentic applications in production
• Deep expertise in backend development using Java and the Spring Boot framework
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying to modern cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a track record of technical leadership for staff-level candidates
