Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build real-time interfaces for clinical oversight of live agent conversations
• Own features end-to-end, from database schema and API development to the UI
• Design tools that allow non-engineers to safely shape agent behavior
• Make healthcare data explorable through natural language interfaces
• Harden the reliability and performance of applications used by clinicians
• Collaborate with designers, clinicians, and customers to refine product details

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production full-stack features end-to-end
• Strong proficiency across the stack, including data modeling, APIs, and modern front-end development
• High commitment to correctness and reliability, particularly when handling sensitive data
• Strong product instincts and a focus on user experience
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated or high-reliability domains such as healthcare, finance, or legal
• Experience building real-time or streaming interfaces
• Background working with design systems or managing complex UI state
• Experience with production AI or ML products
