Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Builder

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes by identifying and driving the biggest levers for customers each sprint
• Build AI-driven features including OCR, document understanding, generation, and agent loops
• Rapidly prototype new ideas and transition them into production-grade software
• Work directly with customers to observe workflows and identify necessary improvements
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, refactoring, and observability
• Propose and implement new internal tools, engineering standards, and AI agents

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping complex, customer-facing production systems
• Substantive experience building and shipping substantive AI-driven features using LLMs or agents
• Proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js
• Experience with Vue or React, GraphQL, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) programming and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• High agency mindset with the ability to work independently without assigned tickets
