Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete product development lifecycle including technical analysis, architecture, and system design
• Provide ongoing sustaining support to core software products and drive feature enhancements
• Partner with Product Management and Technical Architects to refine technical requirements
• Act as a core member of an agile engineering squad using Scrum methodologies
• Maintain transparent communication regarding development progress and technical trade-offs
• Provide mentorship and support to teammates

Requirements

• 5-6 years of professional experience in web applications and data systems
• Strong production-level coding skills in NodeJS, TypeScript, and Java
• Working knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
• Proven experience in Microservices development and building REST APIs
• Advanced hands-on experience with MySQL
• Experience writing automated unit tests using frameworks like Jest, JUnit, or Mocha
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub branching strategies
• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ReactJS, Angular, or Google Polymer
• Experience with multi-agent AI workflows
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development frameworks
