Responsibilities

• Lead the development of applications from scratch and scale existing applications for multiple clients
• Implement new features and integrations to enhance application capabilities
• Partner with engineers, designers, and analysts to solve complex technical challenges
• Improve code quality, system performance, and scalability
• Translate technical challenges into actionable plans to support nuclear operations

Requirements

• Experience leading the development of a full-stack application from scratch
• Experience scaling existing applications across multiple clients
• Deep expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Express, and Node.js
• Interest and curiosity in AI experimentation
• Ability to deliver measurable outcomes and business value
