Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and Express
• Own architectural decisions and articulate the reasoning and tradeoffs
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered features into production applications
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to shape technical requirements
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across the full stack
• Champion engineering best practices and mentorship

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with React.js and Next.js
• Solid Node.js and Express.js experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD
• Active use of AI coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
• Proven track record of making and defending architectural decisions
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features (RAG, agent workflows)
• Familiarity with sports tech or real-time data pipelines
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code or deployment automation
