Responsibilities

  • Drive rapid prototyping and technical validation of new business opportunities end-to-end
  • Apply AI Native code development best practices to optimize impact
  • Own and lead deliverables including design, testing, implementation, and deployment
  • Collaborate with Mobile, Data Engineering, Design, and Product disciplines
  • Maintain tech stack and architecture standards through iterative improvements
  • Integrate new external technologies such as Gen AI tools and 3D scanning

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React in production
  • 3+ years of backend experience using microservices with Golang, NSQ, and MongoDB
  • Experience with Node.js and/or Python
  • Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Proficiency with multiple NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Experience with CI/CD frameworks and continuous deployment
  • Experience implementing unit, component, and end-to-end testing
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and developing AI agents or agentic workflows
