Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid prototyping and technical validation of new business opportunities end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Own and lead end-to-end deliverables within a lean, cross-functional incubation squad.
• Collaborate closely with Mobile, Data Engineering, Design, and Product disciplines throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in design challenges to maintain high engineering standards.
• Keep the tech stack and architecture up to date with industry standards and drive iterative improvements.
• Proactively integrate new external technologies, such as Gen AI tools and 3D modeling, to enhance products and development workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React in a live production environment.
• 3+ years of backend development experience using Golang microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Node.js and/or Python.
• Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous communication (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NSQ).
• Expertise in NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and familiarity with other NoSQL solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong implementation skills in CI/CD, infrastructure, and multi-layer testing (unit, component, and E2E).
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems using Storybook or styled-components.
