Senior Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement configurable, user-friendly dashboards for real-time and historical data visualization
• Work with stakeholders to reduce latency in visualizations of real-time data
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-commented source code
• Work in a cross-functional team taking ownership of the full software lifecycle
• Collaborate with other teams to make optimal software architecture design decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
• 7+ years of industry work experience or equivalent
• Experience with modern front-end and back-end development practices
• Hands-on experience developing web applications
• Experience building customer-facing solutions for authentication and authorization
• Familiarity with microservices and resource-oriented architectures
• Understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and test automation
• Expert in JavaScript and/or TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scientific data visualization
• Knowledge of Python, C++, and/or Go
