Senior Fulfilment Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments to and from India, including documentation and carrier coordination
• Coordinate with suppliers across Mumbai and Surat for timely drop-offs and collections
• Own end-to-end fulfilment for Nivoda Express, managing the full order lifecycle from QC to final dispatch
• Take ownership of physical stock of diamonds and gemstones, including inventory audits and reconciliations
• Handle returns, damaged goods, and shipment exceptions with precision
• Generate monthly and quarterly operational reports covering shipment volumes and carrier KPIs
• Create, maintain, and improve SOPs across the fulfilment function
• Contribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and lead process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the diamond, gemstone, or jewellery industry
• Familiarity with customs regulations and export/import documentation
• Experience writing SOPs or BRDs
• Exposure to BI or reporting tools (ThoughtSpot, Trevor, or similar)
• Prior experience managing carrier relationships (FedEx, Brinks, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude
