Senior Fulfillment Planner I

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and manage purchase orders and schedules for production products
• Maintain purchase order and schedule data within ERP systems
• Monitor on-time delivery of purchased items and escalate delays
• Ensure purchased items meet latest engineering and quality requirements
• Manage obsolete and end-of-life products to prevent unusable inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
• Align demand, supply, and fulfillment planning with production schedules
• Provide visibility into material positions using shortage and clear-to-build reports
• Maintain accurate bill of materials (BOM) and master data within ERP systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree, or 9+ years of total work experience
• Proficiency in ERP and MRP systems
• Knowledge of material planning fundamentals, BOM management, and master data
• Ability to produce material line of balance reports and conduct clear-to-build reviews
• Proficiency in MS Office, math, and statistics for data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or supply chain
• 8+ years of experience as a Material Planner or Buyer
• Prior experience in aerospace or EV automotive industries
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards and US export controls (ITAR/EAR)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
