Senior Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Management Analysts and Production Coordinators
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize inventory planning and synchronize supply chain demands
• Develop and execute project plans, implement policies, and set operational goals
• Implement process improvements by analyzing best practices to enhance supply chain performance
• Manage daily performance and progress against established KPIs
• Lead recovery efforts to drive stability and mitigate risks to the program
• Foster a culture of safety, first-pass quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement
• 5+ years of experience leading, directing, or managing personnel
• 5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-business unit projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree
• 10+ years of experience in materials planning or inventory control within a manufacturing environment
• 10+ years of experience leading strategic process improvements or initiatives
• 10+ years of experience with safety and quality processes
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing
