Senior Fulfillment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead regional outbound operations by overseeing the daily fulfillment lifecycle and ensuring 3PL partners meet strict SLAs.
• Oversee regional fulfillment and outbound shipping budgets to reduce "Cost per Order" through carrier diversification and packaging optimization.
• Direct fulfillment analytics by partnering with Data/Systems teams to track key performance drivers like OTIF and shipping margin leakage.
• Collaborate on new product launches and seasonal surges by modeling fulfillment costs and preparing regional infrastructure.
• Drive the evolution of outbound routing guides to prioritize cost-effective carrier selection while maintaining promised delivery dates.
• Analyze "failed delivery" trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce reshipment costs.
• Mentor junior coordinators on analytical rigor and the use of logistics data to justify operational changes.
• Lead strategy for regional reverse logistics and cross-border distribution to optimize tax compliance and transit times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in E-commerce fulfillment, 3PL management, or outbound logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets and performing cost-benefit analyses.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate ERP/WMS data and translate it into strategic narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query/VBA) or SQL for independent data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify's back-end fulfillment logic and its integration with global 3PL networks.
• Familiarity with "Total Landed Cost" modeling and international VAT/Tax implications.
