Senior Frontend/Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship features and work across the stack with an end-to-end understanding of our features, with a frontend leaning focus
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define and build features used by tens of millions of users
• Drive individual projects from end to end, ensuring they are well-planned, executed efficiently, and deliver meaningful impact through experiments
• Power the Roblox social graph to help users recognize and connect with friends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack systems, including backend, APIs, and frontend applications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency
• Scrappy approach to solving problems across any tech stack
• Product-owner mentality to champion user needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with A/B testing
