Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Journey Builder UI using Vue.js and modern frontend tooling
• Implement complex interactions including node-based editors, drag-and-drop flows, and branching logic
• Own frontend architecture decisions to ensure scalability, reusability, and long-term maintainability
• Optimize client-side performance for large, state-heavy workflows and constrained environments
• Establish standards for state management, error handling, and user feedback
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams on end-to-end solutions
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and document frontend best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience in production environments
• Strong expertise in Vue.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proven experience building complex, highly interactive web applications
• Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization and browser behavior
• Hands-on experience with frontend state management patterns and libraries
• Ability to embed AI-assisted engineering into daily practice to accelerate delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building workflow editors, diagram-based tools, or low-code platforms
• Exposure to Micro Frontend architectures and module federation
• Familiarity with canvas or SVG-based rendering for complex visualizations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
