Senior Frontend Engineer

Dynamo AI is the enterprise platform for secure, compliant generative and agentic AI. We help regulated organizations productionize AI with evals, guardrails, hallucination detection, observability, and agent security.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve production UIs in React and TypeScript using modern component patterns and accessible design systems
• Take end-to-end ownership for shipping production features from implementation through staging and iteration
• Develop interfaces for AI agent workflows, including evaluations, guardrails, policy configuration, and observability
• Partner with designers and PMs to translate complex AI safety workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts, data models, and error handling
• Write high-quality, resilient, testable code and participate in technical planning and design reviews

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience building web products
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• Strong instincts for component architecture and performance
• Proven track record of end-to-end feature ownership
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and production observability
• Startup mindset with comfort in ambiguity and high agency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of Node.js, Docker, Helm, or Kubernetes
