Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and improve frontend implementations supporting customer-facing journeys and Martech use cases
• Help establish and evolve a strong CDP foundation
• Work with tracking, analytics, and customer data flows to ensure reliable insights
• Contribute to initiatives such as abandoned basket flows, B2B newsletter consent flows, and content personalisation
• Collaborate with engineering, data, CRM, and marketing stakeholders to design scalable solutions

Requirements

• Solid experience as a senior frontend engineer or developer
• Experience working with Martech, customer platforms, or digital experience ecosystems
• Experience with tracking, analytics implementations, and customer data flows
• Understanding of customer data, consent, personalisation, and activation across platforms
• Experience with or interest in CDPs (Twilio Segment experience is a strong advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
• Experience with CRM automation and personalisation initiatives
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or data-related tooling
• Experience working in environments where engineering, analytics, and marketing collaborate closely
