Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI components based on design system guidelines
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL to optimize CRUD operations for performance and scalability
• Work with headless CMS platforms like Contentful for content management and personalization
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices
• Optimize web performance through Lighthouse audits, caching strategies, and Core Web Vitals improvements
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience focusing on JavaScript/TypeScript
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js in a production environment
• Advanced CSS skills, including CSS Modules, SCSS, PostCSS, and responsive design
• Expertise in API integration using RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Strong background with Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sitecore, or Sanity)
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows (Vercel, AWS, or Netlify)
• Experience working with design systems like Storybook, TailwindCSS, or Material UI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce environments (SAP, Commerce Cloud, or Shopify)
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Vercel Edge Functions)
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL
