Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineering efforts and architect scalable frontend systems
• Build sophisticated, responsive interfaces for complex AI capabilities
• Establish frontend engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve development velocity
• Own frontend architecture, component libraries, and design system foundations
• Set up testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for frontend

Requirements

• 10+ years of frontend development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript
• Deep expertise in React.js and its ecosystem
• Strong understanding of state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.)
• Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or esbuild
• Proven ability to architect scalable, maintainable frontend systems
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress)
• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL and real-time data (WebSockets, SSE)
• Knowledge of WebAssembly
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures or monorepos
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with advanced animations (Framer Motion, React Spring)
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with AI-assisted development and validating AI-generated code
