Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, document and evolve public REST and Server-Sent Events API surfaces using OpenAPI specifications
• Implement and maintain production frontend in React and TypeScript, including real-time dashboards and partner portals
• Integrate 3D vehicle assets (glTF) using three.js or react-three-fiber
• Build developer experience tools including typed clients, runtime validation, mocks, and contract tests
• Manage resilience of streaming UI components such as reconnection and backpressure
• Participate in technical conversations and API design reviews with external integration partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of production experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with OpenAPI 3.x specifications and related tooling
• Strong understanding of schema-first development using Zod or JSON Schema
• Solid working knowledge of REST and streaming protocols (SSE, WebSocket)
• Practical experience integrating 3D content in the browser with three.js or react-three-fiber
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend integration testing using Playwright or Cypress
• Ability to write technical content such as integration guides and release notes
• Experience working with multi-national, multi-contributor teams
• Knowledge of automotive products
