Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the web Angular and ReactJS technology stack
• Work with product and design teams to translate end-user requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
• Shape and implement technology and business solutions to drive competitive differentiation
• Collaborate with team members to implement user stories, write tests, and deliver improved product functionality
• Communicate with internal IT teams to resolve technical dependencies during implementation
• Support improvements to DevOps tooling

Requirements

• 5-7 years of total software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SVG
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular (10+), or Vue
• Excellent knowledge of Raw JavaScript and ECMAScript 2015+
• Knowledge of Node JS
• Experience with engineering practices including design patterns, TDD, code refactoring, and continuous integration
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of UML and frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree with an outstanding academic record
• Experience with Gulp build tools, Karma, or Jasmine unit testing
• Experience building highly scalable applications and implementing application security
