Senior Frontend Developer (Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences to support lead generation and marketing campaigns.
• Translate Figma designs into mobile-optimized, fast-loading, and cross-browser compatible web experiences.
• Work with existing systems using Django (Python), WordPress (PHP), and MySQL to ensure seamless backend integration.
• Build and maintain scalable CMS-based experiences in WordPress, including plugin customization and modular template development.
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO metadata to enhance performance and discoverability.
• Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) by developing landing page variants and lead capture components.
• Manage deployment of web assets through CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in full stack web development specifically supporting marketing teams.
• Hands-on expertise with HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 4.
• Proficiency in Django (Python) and WordPress (PHP).
• Working knowledge of MySQL and media delivery platforms such as Cloudinary.
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines including Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Strong eye for design alignment, load performance, and user flow optimization.
