Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex, scalable web applications using React JS
• Lead frontend development efforts and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability of applications
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in frontend development
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong focus on React JS
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Experience with frontend architecture, performance optimization, and testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and other modern frontend tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries
• Prior experience in leading frontend teams or projects
