Senior Front End Developer

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality software using JavaScript and TypeScript within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Next.js and React.js
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL for seamless data management and CRUD operations
• Implement and manage content through Headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi
• Optimize web performance focusing on Lighthouse scores and Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
• Utilize design systems and tools like Storybook, TailwindCSS, or Material UI

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript
• 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Next.js and React.js
• Advanced CSS skills including SCSS, PostCSS, and responsive design principles
• Proven experience with Headless CMS platforms
• Expertise in API integration and web performance optimization
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an Agile setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Commerce.js
• Knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js and serverless functions (AWS Lambda)
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL
