Senior Freight Forwarder Road

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business cases regarding trucking shipments and delivery procedures
• Coordinate with clients, agents, freight forwarding companies, and customs bodies
• Issue and monitor transportation documents and collect necessary paperwork for dispatch
• Handle electronic data processing and maintain accurate records of shipments
• Manage insurance coverage and document damages, deficits, or complaint orders
• Issue invoices for accumulated expenses and transfer data to the invoicing department
• Create customer offers and generate sales leads
• Maintain and update data for new and existing customers, partners, and service providers
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain regular contact with agents

Requirements

• At least 18 months of experience in freight forwarding
• B1 level English language proficiency
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and systems such as AS 400
• Strong commercial thinking and initiative
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a dynamic environment
