About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement networking and DSP blocks on FPGAs for phased-array antennas
- Lead projects from concept through prototyping, productization, and deployment
- Develop system architecture and optimize high-speed communication links
- Debug and improve deployed systems using field test data
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in complex digital hardware designs
- Strong Verilog/SystemVerilog skills for synthesizable designs
- Hands-on experience with FPGA-based DSP and/or networking
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with C++ or Rust
- Experience with high-performance PCBA architecture and design
