Responsibilities

• Drive annual Budget and multi-year Business Plan cycles
• Elevate quality of monthly performance packs and executive-ready reporting
• Build and scale integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, capital dynamics)
• Perform scenario analyses against regulatory constraints like CET1 and leverage ratios
• Analyze contribution margins, transaction processing, and cost-to-serve metrics
• Act as a financial sparring partner to functional leads in Tech, Commercial, Operations, and Risk
• Ensure accuracy of cost allocations and design audit-ready financial processes

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in financial institutions, fintechs, strategy consulting, or investment banking
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• Proficiency in financial modelling (P&L, balance sheet, capital dynamics)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Pigment or similar enterprise planning platforms
• Professional fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytical or automation tools such as SQL, VBA, or Python
• German language skills
