Senior FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Executive team providing quantitative decision-making support
• Partner with operations teams on forecasting, variance analysis, and business case development
• Assist with the development of the annual operating plan and reforecasts
• Analyze trends in KPIs across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and presentations for the Executive team, investors, and lenders
• Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Evaluate and improve FP&A processes to drive efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or 5+ years as an FP&A Manager
• Proven senior leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Power BI development and custom dashboards
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM platforms
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA
• Experience in multi-unit, multi-state, high-growth, or closely held companies
• Internal audit, controls, or compliance experience
