Senior FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end forecasting across revenue, OpEx, headcount, and cash
• Act as a senior finance partner to functional leaders in GTM, R&D, and G&A
• Lead the implementation and evolution of planning platforms like Pigment or Anaplan
• Produce board decks, monthly operating reviews, and investor reporting
• Drive P&L ownership, including gross margin improvement and COGS optimization
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on deal desk and pricing strategy
• Build sophisticated models for unit economics, ROI, and scenario planning

Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• 3+ years in operating finance at a high-growth tech company
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC/LTV, net retention, rule of 40)
• Experience with GAAP and non-GAAP reporting
• Proven ability to build complex, driver-based financial models from scratch
• Expert proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Campfire
• Experience with FP&A platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive
• Familiarity with SQL and low/no-code dashboarding tools like Omni or Equals
