Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform financial planning, including budgeting and financial projections for personnel costs
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Provide performance analysis, projections, and recommendations for improvements
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budgeted)

Requirements

• Analytical profile with ability to critically analyze financial data
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and projections
• Previous experience in FP&A and Personnel Budgeting
• Proficiency in data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan
• Advanced English skills
