Senior FP&A Analyst, Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses for annual planning and forecasting
• Own and maintain financial planning infrastructure in Pigment
• Serve as the primary finance partner for non-headcount expense management
• Analyze performance across business functions and prepare executive-ready insights
• Improve and automate KPI reporting using Equals, Google Sheets, and Looker
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance teams
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support growth and efficiency initiatives
• Streamline finance tooling and workflows through automation and new technologies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience managing budgeting or expense tracking
• Hands-on experience with financial planning platforms like Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, funnel conversion)
• Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or NetSuite; SQL familiarity is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to executives
