Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning initiatives
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario planning and forecasting
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
• Provide actionable insights regarding revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow
• Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with operational plans
• Develop ROI analyses for strategic initiatives and market expansion
• Support investor and lender requests and ensure compliance with financial covenants
• Optimize financial systems including Adaptive Insights, Acumatica, and Excel
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs to monitor company performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning systems
• Experience in high-growth, multi-location organizations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree/certification
• Experience with four-wall EBITDA analysis
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Planful, or Power BI
• Experience supporting private equity-backed organizations
• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or retail
