About the role
About the Company
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and continuously refine financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
- Build scenario, sensitivity, and Monte Carlo analyses to quantify risk and opportunity
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals using ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback analysis
- Build and maintain detailed cashflow models integrating operating, investing, and financing activities
- Develop long-term multi-year cashflow forecasts and model sensitivity to key assumptions
- Integrate financial and non-financial data sources to form a holistic view of investment performance
- Monitor approved investments post-close and provide variance commentary
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and the Executive team
- Act as a financial partner to business unit heads to embed rigorous financial thinking
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or management consulting
- Proven track record building complex, multi-driver financial models from scratch
- Demonstrated experience constructing cashflow models and forecasts
- Strong understanding of investment appraisal techniques (NPV, IRR, payback)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder influence
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic context application
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to infrastructure-heavy, tech, AI, or SaaS business models
- Experience with ABL or other asset-backed financing structures
- Experience with planning and BI tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
