Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycle across UAE, KSA, Egypt, Syria, Turkey, and Jordan markets
• Build and maintain three-statement financial models and management reporting dashboards
• Analyze P&L drivers, unit economics, and cost structures to surface actionable insights
• Extract and structure data from ERP systems for recurring and ad hoc reporting
• Translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and regional teams
• Support multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation across covered markets
• Manage and develop a team of 4 direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting)
• FMVA, CMA, or CFA Level 1 (certified or in progress)
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, Power Query, and pivot-based reporting
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers, unit economics, and cost analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and data extraction for reporting
• Fluent in English (business reporting and presentations) and native Arabic speaker

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools
• Basic SQL skills for data pulls
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, or digital marketplaces
• Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation (GCC + Egypt)
• Familiarity with transaction-margin revenue models and prepaid/gift card economics
• Experience automating recurring financial reports
