Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with key operational leaders to provide insights into business performance and key drivers
• Facilitate the month-end close process in partnership with the general accounting team
• Review monthly financials to understand variances to forecast and budget
• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts using complex financial models
• Leverage accounting and financial systems to analyze large datasets
• Collaborate with the finance team to drive monthly financial reporting
• Assist in creating financial presentations for senior leadership and board meetings
• Support Treasury on cash positioning and strategies
• Provide insights into Accounts Receivable status to support the order to cash cycle
• Support the implementation of new financial and expense processing systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, or a related business area
• 2-5 years of experience at a leading investment bank and/or private equity firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP Concur, Airbase, Expensify, or similar software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
