Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and own monthly OpEx reporting packages, including actuals vs. budget and variance commentary
• Perform rate vs. volume decomposition on key expense lines and surface risks/opportunities
• Support the annual budgeting process and own monthly re-forecast builds across the P&L
• Serve as the day-to-day FP&A contact for functional leaders in Marketing, Operations, Technology, HR, and Merchandising
• Assist with 13-week and annual liquidity forecast development and cash flow modeling
• Contribute to monthly management reporting packages and board materials
• Identify opportunities to automate manual finance workflows using Excel, Python, or BI platforms

Requirements

• 2-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in PE-backed or consumer industries
• Advanced Excel proficiency with complex financial models and dynamic functions
• Demonstrated experience owning OpEx reporting, budget development, and forecast builds
• Strong analytical foundation for decomposing variances and identifying drivers
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with three-statement modeling and cash flow/liquidity planning
• Exposure to PE/lender reporting and covenant compliance tracking
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and BI/reporting tools
• Experience in direct-to-consumer, apparel, or subscription-model businesses
