Senior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial modelling and data validation using AI and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement in budget tracking and variance reporting processes.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reporting for LBE, Plan, Update, and LRP cycles.
• Partner with commercial and support teams on forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
• Deliver monthly sales and expense reporting with clear variance analysis and commentary.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Monitor and review SG&A spending and track performance against budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Power BI is essential.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
• Knowledge of SAP and TM1.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, or an MBA.
