Senior FP&A Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end audit process across global entities, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Manage group consolidation across 24+ countries, ensuring accuracy in intercompany eliminations and equity movements.
• Coordinate with local finance teams to collect, validate, and reconcile financial data for reporting cycles.
• Implement and maintain IFRS compliance, including complex areas such as IFRS 2, business combinations, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to align planning, budgeting, and actual reporting with statutory principles.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline consolidation and audit preparation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or external audit.
• Hands-on experience with IFRS reporting and multi-entity consolidation.
• Proven experience in audit coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable communication.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
