Senior Foundry Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Improve system throughput and capabilities for electrical and optical test
• Work with foundry and vendor teams to improve throughput and capability
• Collaborate with foundry development teams on test data analysis and test improvement, including sampling and cross facility matching
• Perform data analysis and recipe support for remote tools across multiple sites

Requirements

• BS minimum, PhD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in wafer level photonic test or characterization
• Experience with fiber and FAU based high speed testing
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to troubleshoot optical and system level problems
• Experience working with engineers in R&D and NPI environments
• Understanding of fab process flows and process variance impact on measurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Python, SQL, or other programming languages
