Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell's voice agent platform from prototyping to production
• Act as a subject matter expert on building voice AI solutions and LLM prompting
• Build full-stack integrations using Python and JavaScript with enterprise tools like CRMs and ERPs
• Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs
• Scope projects, resolve blockers, and codify reusable patterns into platform components
• Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, or similar)
• Ability to write production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience delivering systems in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
