Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of Parloa’s deployments inside large, complex enterprise environments
• Architect deployment solutions that meet enterprise-grade requirements for performance, reliability, and security
• Build custom extensions, integrations, and configurations to close product gaps
• Operate at the intersection of backend engineering, DevOps, and data engineering
• Collaborate directly with customer engineering organizations to overcome constraints
• Provide technical guidance to junior in-field engineers
• Engage with enterprise architects and senior technical stakeholders
• Debug issues in mission-critical environments
• Act as a feedback loop between the field and core engineering teams to shape the product

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering
• Proven track record of leading technical deployments in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong technical depth in backend engineering, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, APIs, and databases
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-responsibility settings
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Native or near-native Spanish language skills
• Professional fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems (e.g., embedding agent workflows, vector databases, prompt orchestration)
